Return and Refund Policy

• If you have a registered account ,you may start a return by clicking my order. If you placed an order as a  Guest, select order lookup
• Print out return label and drop package off the local post office or pack the items and return back using other shipping method.
• Fertari Clothing LLC will process return and exchange in 7 days when warehouse receives return packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Each order is eligible for one free exchange for a new size, color, or alternative item priced equal to or lower than the original item being exchanged.
• The original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable if return for a refund.
• Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition  can be returned or exchanged.
• Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Products labeled "No returns or exchanges" on the product page are considered final sale products and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Each purchased item is eligible for a return only once. Please note that items that have been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. However we offer free returns as store credit, which is issued promptly and never expires.

You can email customer service if you encountered issues when processing a return.

Non-Fertari items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt.

Address on the parcel is not an authorized return address, and you are still liable for any losses caused by the incorrect address.

If you decide to use your own preferred carrier, we recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We kindly request that you to use a shipping mailer bag for your returns.
